Job Description

We are seeking a Printer Technician 2 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in printer installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across enterprise environments and a proven ability to restore device functionality, reduce downtime, and deliver reliable customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and network printers and multifunction devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, firmware, and connectivity issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, part replacements, and firmware updates.
• Document service activities and communicate status to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with major printer brands and print drivers.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience supporting networked print environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with print management solutions and MPS tools.
• Experience in enterprise service desk or field support settings.
